Yochi
Slonim, President and CEO
Mr. Slonim was named President and Chief Executive Officer
of the Company in May 2000 and has served as a director of
the Company since 1997. Previously, he was Executive Vice
President of Products and Marketing at Tecnomatix Technologies
LTD., where he was responsible for worldwide marketing and
product development for this developer of manufacturing software.
Mr. Slonim was a founding member of Mercury Interactive Corp.,
where he held a number of management positions, including
Chief Technology Officer; Vice President, Research and Development;
and Director of Research and Development. He holds M.S. and
B.S. degrees (with honors) in computer science and mathematics
from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Eran
Rom, Senior Vice President, European/Middle East Operations
Mr. Rom is responsible for Mutek's field operations in Europe
and the Middle East, including sales and field marketing.
Previously, he was Vice President for Product Management at
Tecnomatix Technologies LTD., where he was responsible for
product strategy, packaging, pricing and strategic partnerships.
Before that, Mr. Rom was Vice President Customer Support at
Indigo America Inc., a manufacturer of digital printing machines,
responsible for all customer support activities, including
product installation, maintenance, training and logistics.
He holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the
Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Dr.
Valery Golender, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Golender has served as Chief Technology Officer of the
Company since 1999, having joined the Company in 1996 with
20 years of experience in managing the development of state-of-the-art
software products. He is an expert in artificial intelligence,
pattern matching, knowledge engineering, machine learning
and commercialization of advanced software technologies. Prior
to joining Mutek, Dr. Golender worked at DCL International
Ltd. where he managed the development of the Apex-3D learning
expert system for the pharmaceutical industry, which was based
on his academic research. He has written several scholarly
papers on the application of machine learning and pattern
matching technologies to computer-assisted drug design systems.
Dr. Golender holds a Ph.D. degree in computer science from
the Institute of Electronics and Computer Technology, Latvian
Academy of Sciences, Riga, Latvia.
Jay
Hall, Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Mr. Hall manages partnership and sales
activities with major technology companies, including developers
of computing platforms and operating environments. He has
13 years of experience building and managing successful software
sales organizations. Previously, Mr. Hall held a variety of
sales positions at Merrill Lynch, Financial News Network,
Virtus Corporation and Electronic Healthcare Services. He
co-founded Raleigh Group International and was that company's
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for seven years before
its acquisition by Mutek.
Glen
Hartman, Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Hartman brings over 13 years of
marketing and branding experience to Mutek. He is responsible
for the Company's worldwide corporate brand development, marketing
communications strategy, product management and integrated
marketing programs. Prior to joining Mutek, Mr. Hartman was
Vice President of Marketing for Giga Information Group, an
IT advisory and consulting firm. His background in new media
was instrumental in positioning Giga as a leading e-Business
advisor. At Giga, he also held various management positions
in marketing and product development including Product Manager
of Giga's flagship Advisory offering, which represented over
80 percent of total company revenue, and Director of ExperNet,
the IT industry's first independent network of over 1,000
consultants and practitioners accessed via the web. Previously,
Mr. Hartman was Director of Marketing for Great Expectations
Inc., a subsidiary of Advanta Corp., where he led innovative
e-marketing initiatives and direct-response programs, more
than doubling revenues in four years. Before that, he led
marketing and creative services teams for Televisuals Inc.,
a privately held media production studio and advertising agency.
Mr. Hartman received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts
at Amherst.
TJ
Parsell, Vice President, North American Sales
Mr. Parsell oversees all of Mutek's
North American sales activities. He brings to the Company
more than 20 years' experience in sales and sales management
in the software industry. Specializing in scaling up sales
organizations in
rapidly growing companies, Mr. Parsell's experience includes
Powersoft, Forte and InterTrust Technologies Corp. Prior to
joining Mutek, he was Vice President, Eastern Operations for
Intira Corp. Before that, he was Vice President, US Sales,
for Borland International. Mr. Parsell holds a B.S. degree
in computer science and marketing from St. Francis College.
Mark
Rogers,
Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Rogers manages all business development and channel sales
for Mutek to enhance both the advancement of the Company's
technology and the reach of the Mutek sales organization.
He brings a successful track record of IT industry sales,
product management and marketing experience to the Company.
Previously Vice President of Channel Sales & Alliances
at Intira Corporation, a Red Herring 100 managed Internet
services provider, Mr. Rogers developed and staffed partnership
initiatives resulting in global alliances with Deloitte Consulting,
Sun Microsystems, IBM and EMC. Before that, he led channel
sales and partnership initiatives at Open Market, a pioneer
of enterprise-class e-Business applications. While at Open
Market, Mr. Rogers created lasting programs and relationships
with global system integrators, e-Business developers and
service providers such as IXL, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and
WorldCom. Mr. Rogers began his career in NCR Corporation in
various major account sales and product management roles.
He received a B.S. in marketing and finance with honors from
DePaul University and performed graduate studies at Miami
University of Ohio.
August
Turak, Vice President, Sales Operations
Mr.
Turak manages all inside sales activities and sales operations
support for Mutek Solutions. Previously, he was founder and
president of Raleigh Group International, Inc., which he founded
in 1993. Mr. Turak also co-founded Elsinore Technologies,
Inc., in 1996. He also held numerous executive positions in
the cable television and information industries with companies
such as MTV Networks, United Press International, Data Broadcasting
Corporation and Bell Atlantic. Mr. Turak holds a B.A. in history
from the University of Pittsburgh.
Shlomo
Wygodny, Vice President, Product Management
Mr.
Wygodny joined Mutek when it was founded, and headed the development
of the Company's first product, BugTrapper. He then opened
the Company's US office, serving as Vice President of North
American Operations. Mr. Wygodny has more that 18 years' experience
in the software industry, holding a number of management positions
for leading companies, including Mercury Interactive. Before
that, he worked on the development of Command and Control
software systems for the Israeli air force. Mr. Wygodny is
a graduate of Talpiot (an elite project of the Israeli Air
Force) and holds M.S. and B.S. degrees (Cum Laude) in computer
science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
